To each their own - I don't have a problem living here. 20 years later, this was the 1st & only place I considered moving back to. And again, to each their own. If you're a complainer then you're going to be complaining. If your content with what you chose, then you'll be JUST FINE and Love it :)

I've lived here for 2 years and I must say I could not be happier with Aaron and his team. They are so nice, professional and hard working. Any work order that I put in Maintenance was on top of it and the work was done in a timely manner.I would highly recommend Copper Canyon Apartments to those who are looking for a nice and safe place to live. Some tenants may complain about the water being turn off but for the most part notices were sent out to all tenants letting us know when they were going to be off. Yes there were times when water was shut off without notices it's call an emergency which can happen at any complex but it was back on in a timely matter so don't let that be a reason for not wanting to make Copper Canyon your new home trust me you will be glad that you did and it's affordable.

Copper canyon has been my home for 7 years now there is many things I love about the property to start the trees the mountain view is beautiful and the landscaping is great! the pools blue just like resort pools I love maintenance they are always very attentive and quick with my needs they are pet friendly. the office management Aaron and Melissa are darlings I love them they are always very nice and helpful and they helped me to receive my groceries while I was gone And kept them in there fridge until I got home and brought them to me they are just very thoughtful And sweet even if you just stop by to chit chat. Aaron has really changed the property around and has done a great job with copper canyon. I love you guys ❤️

I’ve lived here going on 3 years and I’ve never had a any bad experience while there. The office is awesome and the office manager Roe was awesome an definitely on top of her game. The only reason I am not currently residing there is regarding some personal issues but if I had the choice and option I’d continue to grow with the Copper Canyon family. Very well kept and if something was out of order it was taken care immediately by their awesome maintenance team. I’d never had a better experience at any other complex. I’d honestly and 100% recommend these apartment. Great location great and neat appearance. I do have to thank them for providing my daughter a healthy and safe environment to grow up with. The neighbors are awesome people I have to mention, all I can end this with is everyone is friendly and awesome, respectful and look out for each other. I cannot stress the level on respect I have for the Copper Canyon Team :)
