Ana helped me ALOT, thank you so much for helping me. Studio apartment is very nice, nice and clean. I had one issue and she had the issue resolved within 20 minutes. Gated complex, neighbors are friendly, kids in the complex are well behaved… couldn’t ask for more!!! Thanks again Ana!!!

I would rate this place and after dealing with management I will never bring my business here again. When you tell them your what you pay dates are and then get accused of something and get told your doing things on purpose, no offense but you have no right to talk to me like that and on top of that very very unprofessional on their part. They quick to take the money but professional part went down the drain. I will tell friends and family to never come here because it will be a waste of time on their part.

I miss living here. I lived here for 2 years and the building is ALWAYS clean. ALWAYS secure. Which it's 27th ave and Glendale feeling safe in that area of Phoenix is rare. The staff is attentive. The manager was always quick to help with any concerns or questions I had. The staff always took the time to say hello. I'll be honest the prices are alittle steep. To put it in prospective I pay the same amount for a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment as I did for a studio there. That being said at Anchorage Point there's a year round pool, laundry on site, electric is included in rent, garbage pick up and daily incentives like free donuts, car wash etc. Totally worth the money in the end.

Carmen the so called "manager" is nothing more than a money hungry individual looking out for herself. When I first inquired about a 1 bedroom apartment via telephone, Carmen told me that there were none left, only the upscale more expensive units. That SAME day I went for a tour. I was then told the upscale unit needed to be painted, but she had TWO regular units available! I had a choice of 2! Seemed a little odd to me! After getting a little acquainted with Carmen, she is commissioned based, not only for signing up for a lease, but how long you stay. I.e. the unit next door to me was vacant for a long time, I was in the office getting my mail, and heard her same sales pitch to a gentleman who was looking for a place. She said that exact same thing, she ONLY had 1 unit and it was the more expensive option! Staying at this dump was a huge mistake! Parking was HORRIBLE! The bug and roach infestation was extremely gross! The unit actually can turn off the Air conditioning until THEY see it fit to turn it on! Then it is not even cold! If I am paying for "everything included" why do they get to have the "say" in MY comfort?!?!? Bottom line, Carmen doesn't care about her tenants. She cares about her money. She tells false positives that will benefit her. It is sad especially since I know that she has offspring and would not teach them this. In my opinion she needs to seek a new career and stop raising the rent and stop taking her pocketbook out on her tenants!

@ John Lockett: i apologize for it taking 3 months to get a answer to your question! I have not been on here I quiet some time & i just now saw your question. So to answer, yes they will sonetimes do month to month but being a "weekly" they typically only rent on a week to week basis. So that was $280 i was paying EACH WEEK!

Yes these are weekly's. I pay $280 (with taxes & all utilities covered & cable & wifi) for a really nice cute little studio apartment. I think that, yes, it is worth it....for a weekly. I believe all weekly's are over priced though!

Im paying 325 a week but it all varies.

Everything im seeing on here is anywhere from 11 months to 2 years ago. Hopefully management can answer this question since everyone seems to pay different rates. How much is it per week? What does that include? See replies for more questions plz.

Can you move in your own things furniture wise instead of using what has been in the apartments? What do you need in order to move in? What would be the total move in cost? Are there bugs, such as roaches, bed bugs, bat bugs, etc? What is the cost for a studio? For a 1 bedroom? If you do a background check, are you doing a credit check as well? And if so is it a soft or hard inquiry? Who is the property management group? Have your management team or group ever get caught doing fraudulent things? Embezzling? Etc?
