You only can make an appointment online. It took me 2 months to get an appointment appointment. I checked regularly and it was nothing. I even went down there thinking they accepted a limited of walk ins but they don't. You have to keep checking their site.
Better to do it online.... In person is by appt only. Both process are slow due to backlogs
