He will need statements or bills saying he lives at the address he offers. The cost is $23.00 for birth certificate any ID is good, drivers license etc my brother got his in less than 30 minutes. The cut-off time is 1:.00pm Mon thru Thursday check for Friday's Sun. Sat closed. The offices are located on North Capital Street they have street parking.

He will need to go to 899 N. Capital Street Northeast. He will need a current ID and if possible a SS card. He needs at least one of his parents name. The cost if I remember correctly was $22.
