How long does it take to get birth cert. if you come in person? Is it in/out process or will they mail it to you? Thank you

Sadly no they are closed to the public due to COVID ... went there this a.m for a replacement birth certificate. The officer/ concierge pointed me to a stand with all the apps for different certificates explaining I'd have to get it using mail in , phone or online. Good luck
