Is this a good lake to paddleboard in?

Not a bad one, qhe the lake is low it isn't shallow either. Just stick to the south end, also called big washoe by locals.

I didn't try personally but you can prob walk across the whole lake its that low. I wouldn't recommend it sorry.

Worth a shot

Not really, it's hard to get to the water and has bouts of extreme wind. Doable though.
