Horrible! I used to love this place however they now are awful. I had been going for 2 plus year but customer service has really gone downhill fast. I got extremely moldy hay and bringing it back was a complete pain. They acted like I was trying to get over on them and gave me grief about returning even with a recipe. I don’t trust the product or customer service anymore beware.

I really enjoyed working with Murry Ranch. We ran out of Hay and needed it quickly. We were referred by a friend to use them. We originally drove up and bought 18 bales of hay on our own and found out they delivered. So we had them deliver 100 more bales today. They showed up early and were so nice to work with. They even gave us some honey which I bought last time we drove up. It’s so delicious would recommend to anyone. The gentleman said he had 3 guys that day and would help us stack it all. They worked very quickly and helped stack everything perfectly. I can’t say enough about Murry Ranch. Thank you all for the hard work you put in.
