Yes, and you can use garden Grocer or amazon prime now to get food delivered (or drive out to a nearby grocery). Cups silverware. Coffee mugs. Plates bowls. Medium fry pan. Etc
Yes, most everything you need except an oven. We brought our electric fry pan and used the charcoal grill too.
Yes. The cabins had some very basic kitchen supplies. Don't expect to make anything fancy, but definitely scrambled eggs and grilled cheese levels.
