Yes we went with our 16 year old. We just had to pay the minimum per person. We had dessert and drinks. Very yummy big portions.

They don't have an age restriction. It's a $10 food/beverage minimum per set. So $20 per person. I recommend fries and a bottle of water or soda if underage or on a budget
There is a two drink minimum for most shows; so unless you pay for but don't actually drink these drinks you can go in under 21.
I am not sure of age but I assume so... 21 and under is acceptable
I've only gone on weekend evenings and it was 21 and up. Not sure if the rules relax at other times.
