Kudos to the Owner of this Tourist Trap for getting away with this so long! The Live music is great but ( having being here a few times with my mom I never checked the bill carefully) Tonight only sat at the bar with a visiting friend to NY 2 drinks and a shot $60 . I handed the Barnaid $100 bill and she asked if I needed change. Of Course I want my change after the 18% Tip you get away with people that Tip you again😏

John and crew have a Great club for Swing Jazz music dinner and drinks. Very friendly ambience in the Heart of the theater district..You gotta go there!!¡!!!

Amazing music and amazing music! I am visiting from LA and I've always wanted to see a live jazz band. Couldn't be more glad it was here and with the One More Once Big Band!!! Super recommended, a little on pricey side but the music alone makes it worth it.

Swing 46 can be better appreciated on a weekday and early. I believe the music starts at 5pm. The food is a little pricey but good. You are right about the water. Make sure you ask for it before you order anything. Or when they ask
$10 for live music. Without cocktails and food.
Casual wear or business casual is fine. Although I haven't seen them enforce a dress code, I wouldnt go with athletic wear.
Hello! The music is very good, but food I do not know. But it's a lot of money because if you want a table, you need to pay $ 100 / person. But if you like dancing music from the 1920's to the 1950's this restaurant is perfect for you.
I've seen casual and dressier but rarely jeans in the main room. The later in the evening you go, the more likely you'll need reservations... especially if the band is popular.

It is better to book in advance, if you want table where is orchestra and the place for dancing you will be asked to pay 15$. You can order just drinks for the evening but ribs are great. Yes you can dance.
The George Gee band was playing the night my wife and I went.
