Is it allowed the acess to minors?

I Think that younger kids not are allowed.

I am definitely seen kids there, but accompanied by an adult.

Probably not encouraged but as long as they are with adult and not trying to drink, I would say kids over 10 would be ok. Most kids younger than that might get too bored.
