Yes. You can carry alcohol around everywhere at the resort. No glass containers. If you mean can you bring beer to the resort, then yes as well. You can actually order from Garden Grocer or maybe Amazon Prime and have it shipped to arrive the day you check in.
They sell beer and wine at all the food courts now so bringing your own, carrying it around is fine at the resorts.
I know you can walk around Epcot as they have a beer garden at the German pavilion and serve wine at the Italian pavilion, too.
