Use Disney's magical express. Comes free with your resort stay. They also take your luggage for you, if you wish.
If you're staying at the resort as a guest you can use Disney's Magical Express free of charge. You do need to set it up in advance, and they'll send you special tags to put on your luggage. They will collect your luggage from the plane and deliver it to your room that same day. Bring anything you will need immediately (e.g. swimsuit, magic bands) in a carry-on since it could be a couple of hours before your luggage gets to your room. If you're not staying at the Yacht Club (or another Disney resort), you'll need to use uber, lyft, or a taxi (plenty are sitting outside of the airport waiting for jobs).
Use Disney's Magical Express if you're staying on property, free and convenient ... if you are flying into OIA, Uber and Lyft now service the airport.
