When I picked up my car I thought it was lovely that it was backed in, when I stopped for gas I knew why. Found a large dent and paint scraped off rear quarter panel. I have called several times - still waiting for a response!

I am very sorry to hear about your experience 😢 It is difficult to reach BMI parking staff. You have to keep on trying. Our experience has been okay except when getting picked up once we had to wait for over an hour!
