They picked my wife up at Orlando airport and took them to Port Canaveral. Picked them up after cruise and back to airport. Had no issues.
The Sprinter limousine can accommodate up to 12 passengers with luggage. It can accommodate 10 large bags and 6 carry on bags with no trailer. It has the ability of towing a matching luggage trailer that can accommodate luggage of 18 passengers.
