Happy Limousine Service Orlando

Never use this limo service. They promised a chauffeur would be waiting at the bottom at baggage claim who would accompany us and assist us with the baggage. They did not provide these services which were promised in their confirmation letter. They did not contact us ahead of time to relay that they could not fulfill the promised services. When I tried to contact the company about their breach of promised services, they yelled at me and blamed me for their breach and hung up on me. They refuse to assist or fix the issue.

Driver was super nice but company doesn’t specify if it’s a toddler seat or a rear facing seat. Waited 40 minutes for a new seat. Company decided to argue with our driver and take even longer to get a new rear facing seat. Seats are not secure as we would like them to be. Don’t recommend this service.

EXCEPTIONAL! EXCEPTIONAL! EXCEPTIONAL! Had a terrible experience with Enterprise car rental and needed last minute transportation for 7 people and 14 suitcases to a Disney Cruise from Orlando to Port Canaveral. Spoke with Michael at Happy Limousine and all of my worries disappeared! The next morning we had the pleasure of George coming to pick us up, on time, and made the trip extra special with a his great personality. A+ A+ A+ HIGHLY recommended. You will not be disappointed!!! Happy Limo saved our vacation!!! Thank you!!

We used Happy Limo for our most recent trip to pick us up from the Orlando airport to bring us to our Disney resort and to bring us from our resort back to the airport and both drivers were very professional and on time and very careful on the drive and the cars were very clean and exactly what they said they would be. We were very satisfied. Will definitely use them again in the future.
