Due to the recent thunderstorms in the area, lightning struck nearby my house and instantly fried a number of electronics in my home, including my custom built gaming PC (check your surge protectors!). I brought it to Tim in hopes that he could diagnose the issue and install any new parts necessary. Very quickly Tim suggested replacing the motherboard and that's what we went for. Once he got the new Mobo installed the PC fired up properly and came back to life. On top of that, Tim was able to resolve a small drive issue that had been popping up. Both Tim's craftsmanship and customer engagement exceeded my expectations, he made sure to keep me in the loop via call/text when necessary. I'll definitely be giving Tim a call for any future PC issues.
