CREDO Conduit

We are an interdisciplinary community. Currently, our members are freelancers, remote workers, healthcare, marketing, PR, and data consultants, bloggers, founders of for-profit, nonprofits, and social enterprises.

We do ! We have a free parking lot in the front of our building. The lot is quite large. If you plan to host a larger meeting for your company and have a few extra guests one da, they will be able to park in the lot as well.

We currently have 3 private breakout rooms, 1 conference room , and a theater for members to take private calls. Additionally, we are installing 3 phone booths in January 2021.

Our facility is 19,000 sqft and we have 115 members. Therefore, all 115 can be in the building and it would still fill sparse. Additionally, the number of members working in the space oscillates over 24 hours because members use the space differently. Typically, you will find about 10 people working in our large common area on average.

Access to the building is dependent on membership level. Part-time members can access the building using their keycard Monday - Friday between 8AM and 6PM only. Additionally, this membership limited to only 3 connectives days of access per week. For example, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Full-time members can access the building using their keycard Monday - Friday between 8AM and 6PM only. Dedicated Desk and Office Members can access the building using their keycard or mobile phone 24/7.

Community is really important to us, and at the base of it is relationship. Drop-ins and day rates do not allow us to foster the kind of community that helps our members enjoy and experience the benefits of doing work and life with others.
