Love this daycare, it feels like a 2nd home for my little one! The director, assistant director and all other staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. When my little one first started I called a few times a day to check in and they never once made me feel like I was being a bother. We get daily updates on the Procare app as well as photos of activities almost daily. Getting in can be tricky based on their age and how full the rooms are so call well in advanced if possible and check in with them regularly.

I called this facility to see if they had any availability for a toddler. The person answering the phone said they may but it depended on whether the child was potty trained. When I responded that we were in the process of potty training her she replied, I spoke to the Director and like I thought she's too old for the transitional classroom and there's no room in the 3 year old class because she's not fully potty trained. Before I could inquire anything further she said, bye and ended the call. I've called and toured a few day cares and this was by far the worst. Other facilities offered to assist in potty training or asked if there was a specific issue or reason that we were working on. The receptionist is usually the gatekeeper but this person was extremely rude and unprofessional and I would never invest my time or money with them.

Great and safe place to have your child! We relocated but we thoroughly enjoyed our enrollment there! All the teachers and staff were wonderful!
