PLEASE PLEASE for the love of god do not send anyone you care about to this place!!!! They treated my mom very badly and contributed to her death! Their job was to get her back up on her feet and get her home. Instead they left her in a bed and did nothing with her. When she fell they didn’t even take her to the hospital. They said she was fine. Then they said she was talking like she had dementia. My mother never had dementia. I told them that she must have a UTI or her medication is to high of a dose. Well long story short when she arrived at Greenwich Hospital she had such a bad UTI that she had sepsis. The intensive care doctor said that the wounds from her fall we’re never cared for. It took them a very long time to remove the dressing. It was so horrible! I should’ve paid more attention to these reviews. Looking at them now I see all these horrible reviews I don’t know how these people are still in business. They should be ashamed of themselves! Horrible horrible hateful place! Sadly my mom passed away two days after being moved to the hospital. Trust me you’ll never forgive yourself for sending anyone you love here!

Previous content: I wasn't satisfied with my stay my wallet gotten stolen with my credit cards, license, $220 cash,it wasn't the items stolen the way they handled the situation and me after patient negotiations at the highest, and I had no one to help me ,no they never did a full investigation and I never got my items back or found and no one held responsible for it , upon discharge they discharge me when I went to a scheduled doctor appointment, refused to give me a discharge summary, refused to call for discharge transportation, fraud copy paste my doctor notes on form with their doctor name, that my doctor wrote upon admission...They have no camera, no shower log,cna don't shower the patient, hate to weigh patient weekly, etc..Do not send your family member their at no cost..unsafe discharge with no planThe physical therapy director have no clue what he doing (Will) he refuses to give patience 1 hour treatment, because he has not enough staff to service the facility 3 ft,in the am 3pt in the evening for the whole facility, he rotation the patient due to lack of staffing, the patient not ready for discharge of treatment but he can't keep you on the program because he need them to see others patient long term gets noooooo therapy treatment lack of staffing do not send your love ones their it's all liess
