Seems like everyone is saying it used to be good and that is the truth. I have 4 kids and gosh lived in the area for 10 years remember coming when they just opened had the best staff and doctors! My husband also said it when he took one of the kids one night but of course I decide to go back. Big mistake! Have an appointment which now is a nightmare to get. Covid I get it! Wait in the car way past your appointment ok covid again! But the fact that you are seen and automatically think it’s only covid. That is a big no no! My son didn’t get checked only for covid and strep lady other things exist!!! I swear if he has an ear infection after I take him somewhere else they will hear my voice! Director of dr all she does is talk outside no wonder it takes forever for an appointment. This place has definitely changed! Btw lab md right across the street is amazing I do not know why I came here!

This urgent care use to be very reliable and readily available to help patients , now the wait time is extensive at least an hour before seeing a doctor , only to wait in the patient room for another 30-45 minutes while the doctors and nurses walk back forth seemingly doing nothing. Today I was told my visit would be a 45 minute wait, went back inside after waiting in my car , just to be told it would be another 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting this urgent care .
