So I just returned today with some pain in my knees and saw Dr. Hendrix. Same thing all over again. Confident during our consult that I am his only patient and he has all day set aside for me. I am not happy with the support from your billing process. I have tried 3 attempts to pay the bill (from the first month of my visit) which was never accepted and at last pushed me to the tougher spot, ending with penalties. I have all the transaction history but no one is ready to hear that.
