Loved living here! I moved in the first week they opened. I had been on the wait list for months. It was well worth the wait. Management was always great and there’s a real sense of community. Lots of activities and fun things to do for each holiday. If they had sold the apartment instead of renting I would have bought one. I ended up moving and have never missed an apartment so much. Months later we’re still in touch.

I was lucky enough to get a spot at WMV for the duration of a temporary work assignment in the area. By the end of my assignment I was reluctant to leave! The unit was outstanding and very well laid out with plenty of open space and very nice appliances (rented through WMV). The community felt very safe and secure. Location is convenient to I-15 and plenty of grocery and retail options. Despite all this, it still feels like its own small town within Hesperia. The pool area and clubhouse were well maintained and a great spot to relax. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive to address any resident needs. They were a pleasure to work with throughout my time at WMV. If I ever return to the area, WMV is the first place I'll be looking for residence.

I am absolutely happy living here! We feel safe as a family. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The kids play in the street with each other all day (finally off of their tablets). Mrs Leticia and her team were meant to run this property. They are so good at what they do. It’s like a different world when you cross the gates. I recommend these to everyone. Like my 7 yr old said “I don’t think I’ve felt more like home than I do now mom.” ❤️

This is absolutely the nicest place up in the High Desert!!! The staff is so helpful, and they go above and beyond to help everyone. They decorate for every holiday and keep the office so pretty and inviting. They offer so much for the community, and the families that live here. I love the gated community and great security features. I also love having a 2 car garage and being able to use my own fridge and washer and dryer. I can't wait to call this home sweet home, my unit is opening up next week. I just wanted to shout out to the whole staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. These units go quick, so don't hesitate. If there's a wait, trust me it's worth it.
