one of the doctors was extremely rude and unprofessional, she seemed very offended that she had to be there and do her job. i told some of the other nurses and they seemed a lot nicer but i haven’t been back since.

I went here for my care for years. It was nice having all my services including dental in one facility, but often times staff members such as the receptionist would be rude or insensitive.

I give you a five star. Because of some of your staff! Maureen Gallagher and Shelia Floyd! Two amazing woman's! That help me want to live and fight for my life! One is leaving! And I'm sad ! I don't wonder about anything with these people! I no in my heart there for me! Thank you and I appreciate all you have done! Iantha! I'm grieving the lost of doctor Gallagher! It depends on the clinic
The CORE is a multi disease care center. Clients can see specialist under kidney, liver, gyne, dermatology, and at some point even pulmonary clinic was there. This includes HIV. Referral is needed...depending on insurance. There is a free screening clinic in the first floor that is open to all walk ins. The clinic is free to everyone who needs a screening of STI's.

If a patient is in need of bus passes or any other types of transportation, we do help for patient to be able to attend to their medical appointments. We also have case managers that will do an assessment with the patient that will determine what other services that patient might be in needs of. Case managers will provide or refer patients accordingly to their needs.
