Worst experience ever. I have brain damage and no recall on anything I do. Be careful where u go because nobody did anything for me when I came in running with serve head pain. I do NOT recommend pcc clinic. I almost died, everytime I wake up and check my phone I don't rmemner text messages and phone calls. This isn't even funny I have short term memory loss long term memory loss and I can't picture the area in my head. The area does not look the same. Please save yourself time this is a brain injury and nothing to ignore I could get lost in belmont craigen and even inside Walmart because my brain isn't making the right connections please think twice before coming here I'm not implanting memories correctly. The doctor said I was thinking too much about it. Excuse me this isn't her life that got ruined it was mine and it almost costed my life

Horrible!!! I changed from Lawndale Christian health center because they made me wait two hours after my appointment and it was the same!!!!! Why do they commit to giving appointments if they can't be punctual!!!!! And I have to wait because if I'm not there when they call I lose the appointment, even though they make me wait and they don't respect the time of the appointment they still tell you if he leaves he misses his appointment. As if one were to blame for the irresponsibility of doctors. Please if anyone reads this review please choose another clinic!!!!

i dont reccomend pcc clinic i would rate it a zero if could. i take my girlfriend to pcc and we had a doctor just yell at her. she looked at me like if she was a problem and it was the worse experience ever. a neurlogist diagnose her having short term memory loss and the doctor misdiagnosed her saying she was depressed and threw anitdepressants.at her. we were told if we werent happy at pcc we could leave. my gf cant visualize anything anymore she was doing very bad, mutiple people looked at her and asked if she was okay she literally looked like she got ran over by a bus

I've been very lucky to never have a bad experience with this clinic. Everyone from Dr. Runkle to the staff at front desk to the medical assistant were all professional and very helpful. I always have to make appointments later in the day because of work and the wait time is consistant to other clinics I've been to.
