The Staff are very friendly and professional. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I had surgery in November by Dr. Robert Naclerio. He and his surgical team made me as comfortable as they possibly could.

There is an employee there named Racine Reynolds, she was so nice and did a great job taking care of me while I was there. She worked so hard and we had such a nice talk, I kinda miss being there.

Parking lot B is the closest to that entrance. You can park on any level and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. There is a bridge on the 2nd floor to the hospital. From there you can check in at security and go to the 7th floor sky lobby for check in. There is a drop off area you can use in front of the east and west entrances to the center for care and discovery. You can also ask at the desk for patient transport to bring a wheel chair and escort you where you need to go.
Yes, its 1/2 price if you get your ticket validated inside the hospital. Think it was under $10 & I was there 4 or 5 hours. Any machine that accepts tickets will automatically deduct the amount. Hope that helps you
