Jennifer at Concentra was pleasant, kind and knowledgeable, helped me to understand the process of the testing needed for the job I applied for.

They were slow as my granny on a walker with two broken hips trying to dance. I was there for a physical & the front desk person didn't tell me I needed to complete a questionnaire on my phone before being seen, so when I got to the back, after a long wait, & was told I needed to complete a questionnaire before seeing the doctor. After working a 12hr night shift, I was delayed by 3.5 more hrs before I could sleep. They are ridiculous.
