I'm grateful that this clinic makes resources available to people. Having said that, I feel like I'm constantly let down. I was told two days ago that a refill was sent to my pharmacy. This was at the end of the day. I called my pharmacy. They said they did not get it. I decided to wait till the next day. Maybe it needed time to process or go through. The next day it still had not arrived. And I called again today and Heartland insisted they sent the refill. I've confirmed the addresses on both ends and somehow, I still cannot access my refills. I'm grateful that I have access to resources through this clinic, but the fact that this happens repeatedly means I cannot wait to leave. EDIT: My issue I had was with my pharmacy, there was a miscommunication. I've adjusted the review accordingly.

HHC went downhill the last year. Avoid the PA Lindsay Crane-Conley at all costs, she is unethical and will stab you in the back.
