The staff were very nice, as usual. I was given 2 appointments over the phone, for a visual field and a follow-up with Dr. Yung, but someone failed to include this on the schedule. As a result, I was only given the visual field and saw no doctor. I live in Big Bear, and it takes me about an hour and 15 minutes to get there. I had to find someone to go with me, in case my eyes were dilated. Pretty much takes the whole day. When Pacific Eye called me the day before to confirm my appointment, they mentioned the visual field AND the follow-up doctor's visit. Mistakes happen, but I'm not sure why this one did. Everyone was very nice. This was my first time there and they explained everything they did. The DR. Was very nice and explained everything he found. He set my mind at ease.

Dr B was inclusive of me as a patient. I felt like he treated me as a person and NOT a number. He will answer your questions or further explain things to you. The staff is great the facility is very clean. You will be very satisfied with the service you receive.

My last visit was one of the fastest, most efficient and easy visits I've had to date. Felt very safe (I have immune issues) and they have saved my sight in the past. I highly recommend them.
