Lantower Waverly Apartments

We are settled in the Lantower Waverly for almost a month now. Our application process was a little long but I realized that was due to the management switch over. The management company shift concerned me at first but once the process began to flow smoothy I felt my family was in good hands. Luis (lwees) has been helpful and attentive along the way and continues to be after we have moved in. I ask many questions and he is always friendly as well as informatively reassuring. I never feel like he is rushing or doesn't want to be bothered. There are nice amenities that are well maintained. Since moving in the property is cleaning buildings, repainting, updating pool. It's exciting to see. I am comfortable in our new home and at peace that the property is being managed attentively. I met Angel and Jeanna who were both welcoming and warm. The minor issues I have ran into since moving in has been handled in a timely and efficient manner. I looking forward to our stay at Waverly.

Roaches and trash throughout the hallways. Loud neighbors screaming and fighting all during the night. There are definitely much better apartment complexes for this price that are better maintained by staff that isn’t always changing. Not to mention, I’ve heard multiple stories of tenants not getting their deposit back after they moved out and when confronted they say they have to look into it but never respond back. The traffic outside the complex is horrific. Management is terrible. Things are constantly broken and not maintained. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere.

The best apartments in Charlotte. Hands down. Love the staff, Luis and Angel made the leasing process enjoyable, and made me feel very welcome. Beauty around every corner of the neighborhood. It’s amazing here honestly.

Safe place for my daughters. Clean environment, up to date maintenance, pleasant environment. Good location, and playground for children. The pool is also lovely. I love the Lantower Waverly community. Especially at the Dhaja Wilson office who is a rental professional, she is a sweetheart and helps me whenever I need it with all my doubts. Thank you so much Dhaja for always helping me feel at home! I love the Lantower Waverly community.
