An okay place to live but when dealing with management make sure to get paper copies of EVERYTHING. Management somehow lost my form that I had signed off on saying I was moving out and didn’t tell me about it until the last day to do so, so I had to take 2 hours out of my work day to drive across town and get things sorted out for something I had literally already done. And upon move out, I signed off on where to send my deposit to with the new address I would be living at and they still somehow managed to mess that up and sent a check to the apartment I was moving out of which makes zero sense whatsoever. Luckily I was smart enough to get a paper copy of it that time around so I still have the proof that I wrote down the correct address but they must be too lazy to care about it. It seems to be basic organization skills that the office lacks.

My husband and I love Forester. We moved in two months ago and are so happy with our apartment and experience. The renovations they’ve done are beautiful and we can see all the changes they’re making. We are very pleased and would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.

Hello, we have resident services to tend to any issues that may arise, via the Resident Login on the MAA site. Once a resident logs in, they have the ability to make service requests or send other communication to their community managers. This varies from community to community and new features are being planned for the future. Please contact us directly for more information.
