Twice they have lost my keys. I waited for over 20 mins the first time for them to be found. …. And it gets better (worse), after standing around while they hunt for my keys and then actually go get the car (I texted when I go off the plane, so it should have been there), the attendant gets out of the car and just walks away, leaving the door open. He did look over my way as I loaded my bags in the car. I had to run him down to ask where my keys were. Parking there was my first mistake. My second was tipping them before I actually got my car.

This place has gone down hill. I’ve been using this service for over 10 years. No longer. It’s now just a shuttle service for airline employees. Expect to be packed in like sardines with slow service. The driver waits for an excruciating long time to make sure all the employees have their ride. I also read about employees driving people’s cars while they are gone and stolen items. Today I had to find an employee to take my key so i could catch my flight. She said they were low staffed. No thanks.
