First, let me say that I made my appointment almost 2 months ago and was told nothing about any new policies Covid or otherwise. I am Not a new patient, but it has been over 2 years since I was last seen. The last time I had an appointment with Dr. ARRONTE, I had to wait over an hour and a half in a room because she had a delay due to a pregnant patient and was out of the office and at the hospital. I was there to see her and WAITED! Today, I had an issue with traffic due to weather and was rerouted on my GPS. After finding parking in the garage and making my way to the 9th floor, I was almost 13 minutes late. At this time I was informed of a very strict 10 minute late policy and that I had been sent a notification of my appointment now being automatically cancelled. What? No one had ever mentioned this new policy which has been in place for several months according to the front desk check in. I pleaded my case and said it took months to get this appointment and it is a simple pelvic and Pap.That is nothing but low liability and pure profit for an OBGYN practice. After te office manager also refused to allow you visit and offering a reschedule at a much later date, I said No.It is unbelievable to me that zero exceptions can be mad an given what I experienced last time and waiting for almost 2 hours to see the doctor, this is very poor practice policy and treatment of a good paying patient. I will now find a New doctor who is reasonable and actually cares about her patients and THEIR TIME as well.

Dr Arronte is by far the Best of the Best. Wish I had switched to her years ago. Her empathy, expertise, and professionalism continues to surpass my expectations! I no longer dread going to see my OB!! She deserves 10 stars.
