I went in with lower back pain and a tight upper back....came out feeling 100% stronger and more knowledgeable as to why I was feeling pain in those areas! Dr. Schuster definitely challenged me with different stretches and exercises that in the end helped alleviate those pains I was feeling. Dr. Schuster is the best!
