When my new glasses and sunglasses arrived, I had to get them adjusted so they fit properly. The ladies who helped me were super nice and helpful, and the store is adorable.

Great experience today. My first time in the store. I’m ashamed I don’t remember the helpful staffs names. But this is my go to from now on. Great customer service.

I have been wanting to pop in to check out what they offer for a while now. I was greeted by Michelle. Even though I was not in the market for a pair of glasses at the moment, she took the time to show me some styles. She really impressed me because most people who know they are not going to make a sale don’t take the time with customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, the next time I need another pair of glasses. I think I’ll be going with a clear pair for my next. Check them out! Say hello to Michelle!

Yes it can but check with your insurance
Definitely helps to have your prescription with you to know your lens options & pricing.
They dont have a traditional optometrist to get an eye exam done. They can review your current prescription and do a basic eye check to get the prescription up to date. No appointment needed, they took care of me in no time.
No, but I have very basic insurance, went to Costco, LensCrafters and Vision works. In each scenario my cost after copay was between 160 and 310. I went to WP last. My frames, progressives with prism was only 10 copay. Also, with each of the other companies mentioned , the lens cost was tiered,; decent, fair, good, better, best, and ultra super best. After talking to my opthamalogist he said most of the add-ons are unnecessary anyway. At WB, they use the high tiered progressive, wide field lenses, standard. No necessary nor available upgrade except polarizing lenses. All in all, knowledgeable, friendly, economical, and style concious. Easy.
Unsure.
