This is the worst store ever. My wife went in to do an upgrade and they not only messed up the billing on the account and added unwarranted lines. But we had to go back in to the store so we can be inconvenienced. Spend 4 hours in the store so they can cancel the original line do the entire upgrade transaction again so the device payments can be on the same line being upgraded not a ghost line which is how they originally had it...probably in spite to increase there sales but nevertheless. This caused a major inconvenience and took time out of our schedule. Not to mention we had to fork out $87 a second time and we have to wait 3-5 business days to get the refund on the other. Now my wife had to go back today because the number share feature isn't working on the smart watch. At&t should take accountability for the lack of good customer service. This type of service is mediocre and preposterous. I'm not pleased at all.

Yes when I try to go from prepaid line to postpaid I had to get a new phone number. This might be able to help you more with that request.
No you cannot return the modem at a store you have to go to one of the companies Outlet call for Direction
