I went in to get a phone, and the store was quite busy, although I don’t mind waiting. This location only had one employee, Paige, and she was helping everyone. While she was helping a customer, two men came in and one grabbed someone’s new phone off a table and left. I was the only one that saw, and alerted Paige. She was able to call the police, keep the customers in the store calm and happy, and still do her job. She was very professional and calm, and definitely deserves a raise, as well as some help. Even the police officer told her that she should not be working in the store alone. I 100% believe that had there been one or two more employees, the phone would not have gotten stolen. The store is in front of a motel and next to a hotel, and there should be more people to watch each other’s backs in case something goes wrong.

If you upgrade your phone at this store, just make CERTAIN they have actually set up your data connection…I had to return the next day to get that done after I was told it was up and running. Just an honest mistake, and I probably should have checked it myself, but it cost me a day of work until I could return and have them fix it — it just should have been done right in the first place.
