Yvonne (Von) is great to help customers. We were in Baltimore from out of town, needed some pages printed. She went above and beyond to take my version of the document from my tablet, make some minor adjustments to alignment, margins and font on her office computer; and got it printed for me in a flash. Good people like Von with her Can-Do Attitude continue to ensure that excellent customer care lives on. No surprise that I later found she was a six-year-veteran of the company and designated Lead Consultant.

They close the store whenever they want. Just post a sign on the door and leave when they feel like it. Closed at 2p on a weekend when the hours say til 6p. Happens on weekdays too. Call ahead and make sure they'll be able. But I'm sure they won't answer the phone either.

Employees are very rude. Always on their personal cell phones while you are waiting to be served. Michelle is especially unprofessional, on more than one occasion she seemed to be in a rush to get back to her personal call and not attend to customers' requests. 1) 1st time I came in to drop a package and asked her if they sold highlighters- she quickly said "No, we're out". As the male attendant scanned my drop off, I just happened to notice a pack of 4 yellow highlighters hanging in front of his register!...2) 2nd encounter came to pick up a Fedex print order which I had already paid for and received email confirmation that it was ready, upon arrival the male attendant tells me it's not here and when did I order it because it's not ready while I stood there and could see the binded item from where I was standing?? He never even checked! 3) 3rd encounter, tried to drop off a return item with QR code to scan...apparently I had the audacity to interrupt her personal phone call ....after her huffing and puffing across the counter and going to multiple computers, she rudely states come back cause the system is down. Great location but definitely not brand standard service. Wish businesses gave Customers a choice of Fedex or UPS for delivery and return. If they did, I would NEVER choose Fedex.
