Telling you I had a bad experience is an understatement, I had the worst experience that any delivery company can give and I've had pretty bad experiences. I tracked my package using the live tracking service that UPS provides, waited literally all day patiently and even was late for work. I decided not to call until after my window of delivery was up and then they told me to wait until the delivery day was over (8pm est). I did all of this and then finally called and the customer service represented put in a report for the facility to call me first thing in the morning so I could figure out what was happening; however, no call ever!!! Not only did they not call me, on the live tracking service it shows they did not unload my package, they did not scan my package, and they did not deliver my package. I have no idea what's going on with the package and UPS is refusing to figure it out, I will call Verizon and explain this. Because they may have to send another phone except with a new delivery provider. Honestly, I believe no one should use UPS, I've seen nothing but bad reviews and if individuals don't want to do their jobs, fire them, it is that simple. P.S. I am even more angry because I can't give them a negative star. Update: 5 years later and now my phone from Tmobile has disappeared in their warehouse. Someone is stealing phones who work for UPS and the whole warehouse should be terminated. Thieves.
