Rude! Called to place an order for delivery. Whomever answered the phone said, "Papa palace, we're closed" and just hung up the phone! I will NEVER attempt to order from them again.

Very unhappy ordered $30 of food for the driver to pull off when i ask what was the problem with coming to my door then they send another driver which by the time i recieved my food it was cold pizza crust rubbery i just wasted my money NEVER AGAIN

As a former employees that work there the owners always told your drivers that they are not allowed to get out of their vehicles that the customer said to come for them.which I do agree if you are a delivery driver you should come to the door but the owners policy was because of the area that they was not to get out of the car

When I called to check on my order the young lady put me on hold before even saying hold please. We wanted over an hour an twenty mins an then the pizza was cold and didn't have the extra cheese. I will Not be ordering from them again.

It's not usually like that. I just grin the several times weekly. It depends on what time you okjust and when you order. Of its lunch time place for order early for delivery at a certain time. They do offer this
