Wells Fargo is a big bank. Their staff is competent. They speak different languages ​​to make all their customers feel comfortable. I recently opened an account there with my wife, to my surprise the interview was in French. Which helped me a lot to understand better because my English is not the best. For their on line banking also if you need to speak to a banker, they can offer you another language if they feel that you are struggling to understand English. Their app is easy to use. So far I have not regretted doing business with this bank.
