My left shoulder has bone on bone arthritis and after experiencing extreme pain in January 2022, I had a steroid injection which has alleviated the pain. While assessing my options of what to do to medically remedy the situation I learned about Dr. Jason Tucker. My husband and I took a trip to Charlotte to visit with the iOBX staff. Everyone we met and everything we saw/learned at the time of our visit was positive and most.impressive. While I decided not to take this avenue at this time, I would encourage anyone who is contemplating stem cell therapy to contact Dr. Tucker. If stem cell therapy is my ultimate decision, I would definitely return to iOBX/Dr. Tucker in Charlotte.

Fo over a year, I struggled with knee pain. could not walk the golf course, climb stairs and basically struggled with routine day to day chores. My left knee joint line had little to no spacing and I had very little cartilage remaining. Dr. Tucker performed 2 stem cell transplants on my left knee. The initial transplant was performed on July 25, 2018 and a booster on September 19, 2018. I found immediate relief within a few months. 4 years later, I remain pain free and enjoy normal activities including walking 4 miles per day. Great success and massive credit to Dr. Tucker and his team. They are neurotic about safety, sanitation and performing at the highest levels looking after their patients best interests. I strongly believe in their practice and services, so much so, that my 25 year old son is now a patient being treated for past football injuries.

I have received two stem cell procedures at IOBX and have been present for several preoperative and postoperative appointments. Both as a patient and as the perspective of registered nurse of 43 years I have high regards for the standard of care I have received. Dr Tucker is a knowledgeable, caring and kind physician. If you are considering having a stem cell procedure your best and wisest choice would be IOBX.

I’m in week 3 of recovery from stem cell procedure on my right knee. The only difficulty I’ve had has been on trying to stay off my knee! Since it doesn’t hurt, I have wanted to get back “to life as usual.” The staff has been consistently communicative and helpful. The procedure was a “piece of cake” if I took the pain meds as prescribed. Can’t wait to see the long term effects after my 2nd elective procedure! Stay tuned.
