We waited for 45 mins for a shuttle. Once we got in it the heat from the exhaust was overwhelming. Both shuttles I rode in have no blower motors aka no AC. It’s not a parking lot, it’s a dirt lot. The customer service was nonexistent. The drivers were rude. They should have their license taken away.

I used your service for the first time on September 8th. for the Orlando airport. Upon arrival, the person in the office was asleep on the couch. I had to wake him up to get service. When I returned on 9/15/2022 I was left waiting at the airport for over an hour. I contacted the number on the ticket and sent a text message as requested on 2 different occasions. After an hour of waiting, I called the same number and the man that answered was the same man that was asleep on the sofa. It was obvious he was asleep again. Initially he hung up on me. I called back and told the man that I had been waiting at the airport for over an hour. He said....let me check. For over 10 minutes he didn't return to the phone so I hung up and called again. Finally I was told that a driver would be there shortly which actually took another 15 minutes. When I arrived at your office, the same man was asleep on the couch and I had to wake him up. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever used. I was told this was the owner's email address but I suspect that this will go directly to the same office that I visited. I will never use your service again and plan on leaving a very negative review on Google.

Did you purchase through them or through a third party? You need to find your original email you received when you reserved your space.
I am very sorry to hear about your experience 😢 It is difficult to reach BMI parking staff. You have to keep on trying. Our experience has been okay except when getting picked up once we had to wait for over an hour!
You need to call them . They will arrive in 10 min
I was told that the shuttle runs 24 hrs. In some cases you need to call for times and rotation.
Hello! We use 3rd party companies that make reservations, then send them to use to help you guys get the lowest possible rates! Can you tell me what company you booked with? Then i can point you in the right direction!
