We do everything electronically because it’s 2018 and we need to use technology to create a great experience for our clients and customers! I'm not sure about the electronically issue, I'm sure it's to consolidate ways to pay due to the amount of properties that BLR manages. If you're uncomfortable giving money to an unknown face then call and ask for an appointment. I'm sure they will accommodate you and there are costs for running a credit and background check, hence the non refundable application fee.
