Where do I even start. I have spent countless phone calls and hours trying to get my air conditioner replaced. I have had three different people come out to my property to tell this company the same thing. They refuse to replace the air conditioning unit. If it’s not one thing it’s another. I have been hung up on, had work orders cancelled in regards to this issue and so much more. One customer service agent knows one thing and the other does not. They do no communicate with each other. I don’t understand how they are in business. Truly disgusted with this company. Never rent from this company.

I was thinking about renting from this company but from the reviews it seems like they do not address any maintenance issues. In addition to response to the review seem very generic. This is a big red flag.

There’s an issue every month from our ac not working the first month to ants all in the house for 2 months and ceiling leaking. Hornets all over the backyard. If it wasn’t for the location and price it’s the only thing that made me pick this place. Wish they had better customer service on house orders

Today is Monday, Sept. 26, 2022. Now they are telling me I can move in tomorrow 9/27/2022 as long as my Security Deposit has posted by then, even when I gave them the copy of the receipt that shows it's been paid. They don't want to do the work to track it down so they can get it posted. Me and my children are ready to move in and I am sick and tired of the games being played by these leasing agents. I was approved for home and my leasing agent has not been any help at all. My 24 hours was up at 11:30 a.m. 8-19-22 (today), I've emailed/made several calls since yesterday and also today no response from my leasing agent. My money was taken from me and I haven't heard anything or any updates today for my application. My next step is to get (ACTION 9 NEWS) involved to help solve this matter on my behalf. It is now Monday September 12th 2022 and I am having a hard time to get someone to confirm the money that was sent over today. I am running out of time and patient and just trying to get me and my children into the home ASAP!

It didn't take long for me to get a reply. This company has changed management or owners 2-3 times since July 2019. Idk what's going on with this company....have you read reviews about them? No matter who you choose read the revieas.. Maybe this is a sign from God.

If you mean extensions on paying rent, that is whatever it's in your lease. If you mean same rent for additional lease terms, my experience is the rent went up every year.
