I was over charged for some POWER BALL lottery tickets at the Sardis/Monroe Rd Circle K. I took my tickets in for them to count and they refused. I asked them to watch the video and she refused. An employee recalls the situation to the letter but was cohearsed to refuse my refund because the manager kept saying it will be on you if you give it back to her. The manager threatened to call the police as if they could help us solve the matter. I have called corporate for three days and no call back. Guess I have to drive to Tyvola Rd. P.S. IT IS ONLY $10. BUT MY $10!!!!!!!

Does Circle K not have pride in their customer service? ALL of your stores are nasty..the coffee machines are nasty and most of the time out of cappuccino. I just left the Lawyers Rd. Store to get a cappuccino and 2 flavors were empty. I asked the employee why they did not keep up their machines and she shrugged and said I don't know. Does Circle K not know that the customers are what keeps them open. Nasty machines are a health hazard so I will be calling the health department. Get your act together Circle K!!!

Being wrongly mistaken and false police call on my at one of your store by employee you employed. Discriminated only that I look like the person in question because we’re black. And employee didn’t handle the situation, escalated to cops then me have anxiety panic attack in car on the gas station pump.

Charlotte 2701884 on 701 n graham st need to get workers who work and they need to train there workers more so Tim R. If a paying customers has to stand at the counter for almost 2 min while tim sit on the counter and look in space it a problem then have something to say when i ask r u working thats a problem and there's no way to get up with customer service it's okay they won't get no more my money it's too many gas stations around to go to this

I see no answers nor public relations efforts. I feel as it's a waste of time in any platform. Trust me when I say this "No public relations efforts at any level or no segways for communication other than State board and judicial pursuits". To see some checks and balances would be, accountability, & just a little bit of appreciation for a customer that comes there 4 times a day to get a particular coffee and shop would beneficial to all parties. These idiots.... we the customers are responsible for your paycheck weekly and the truth is I'm not an idiot but just plane stupid for spending thousands of dollars at this very Brookshire store. Sorry for rehashing on your post.

Could it have been the nasty crud she was sweeping? You'd be surprised what ppl sweep up in high volume gas stations.
