I am extremely disappointed in Allstate's inability to handle such an easy issue as changing agents for my homeowner's policy taking it away from a horrible TFWG agent who abandoned all his clients and didn't tell anyone. I simply want his name off my policy and my new Allstate agent added. I have submitted all the documents, the TFWG agent submitted them, and my new agent has submitted them over the course of about a year. I have called no less than 10 times on this super simple task which is still not done. I have called this call center three times just today after being promised I would get a call from a manager this morning and still have yet to speak with one. Darrell Bowie was supposed to call me back, and I have now left a message with a manager named Amanda. I sure hope I hear from them because my next complaint will be with the BBB.
