I have been going to this nail salon religiously for 4+ years and safe to say after yesterday I will never return. Management has changed and the full staff has left. I've had an appointment made for two weeks and the afternoon of my appointment, I received a text saying they pushed it back 30 minutes and changed the tech without a phone call asking if that was okay. When I called they said to come in and they would work with my regular time. I sat in a pedicure chair with my feet in the water while the "manager" sat up at the front desk for 45 minutes before they started on my service. The woman who did my service did a good job but was quite rude to me. If you've been to this nail salon before, heed my warning that it is not the same. Not to mention, it was completely empty at 5:30 which if you have ever been, you know it's normally packed. They've lost a whole customer base with the departure of the management and staff, and with the service and attitude I experienced yesterday, I can't imagine they'll ever get it back.

Next time I'm in Charlotte I will vist the nail bar again. Lovely staff
