STAFF IS THE EPITOME OF LAZY. Disgusting service. they don't care, late for pick-ups, act like they're doing the customer a favor. They lie if they mess up on the time. My mom had to go to ballentyne for an appt. Nurse brought her downstairs on time for the bus, it did not come. When I called, was told driver had come and gone. Then changed to what the correct time should've been. At first customer service gave me the wrong time. So they either went to the wrong bldg or didn't show. She had to wait over 2.5 hrs. CLOWNS MUST RUN THIS SERVICE.

Worst metro transit for a top 10 city in America Lazy staff all around. They don't care about punctuality or their customers...a complete taxpayer grift....half the busses these days don't even come or pass stops with people because the drivers have attitudes... Seriously

I’ve been on hold for the STS Bus for about 8 Minutes. Lydia told the lady to Cancel my Rides for today. Hopefully Next week I have a Ride to Puppet Practice Next Tuesday!
