I read all these positive reviews. I’m thinking where are the challenging ones. In the 5 years of living in Antiquity I give .5 star. Worst service ever.

Sue Patrick is absolutely instrumental in the operation of our HOA! Sue and the team at Hawthorne are diligent in their communication, always quick to respond, and follow through with resolutions. I appreciate the work that Sue performs as it is not easy pleasing everyone, especially when accountability and remediation involve an owner or more importantly, an absentee homeowner/investor.

This review specifically relates to our Community Manager, Sue Patrick. My first communication with Sue was a violation letter during my first year living in Cedarfield II. Since then, I joined first a committee then the Board, and have worked with her in multiple roles as Treasurer and President. As my roles have changed so has my perception and understanding of her services. Now as President I now interact with Sue multiple times during the week. She serves many roles for us, from front-line communication with homeowners, liaison for the Board with vendors, attorneys and accountants, and advisor to the Board. As our community manager she also handles things like violation letters and collection issues that we, as residents and neighbors, would rather not touch. She performs all of these efficiently and effectively, and works diligently to protect the HOA. She is a pleasure to work with and I’m glad to have her on our team.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Sue at 2 of Hawthorne's communities. She has always been very responsive and easy to work with!

Hi Wolf. That's hard to say, as it is dependent upon what it is says in your association's covenants- and every association is different. To begin the process, you'll need to fill out an ARC/ACC form and submit it for the Architectural Review Committee to approve. You may be able to find this form in your CINCwebaxis portal, accessible through our website. However, if you can't find it there, your community manager will most certainly be able to provide this to you.
Hi Randy! For solar panels, you'll probably have to fill out an ACC form (sometimes called an ARC form, depending on the association) and submit it for your Board of Directors to review. However, each association has different rules, so this may be a question best suited for your manager. Would you happen to know the name of your manager? If not, the name of your association will suffice.
